Sammy Cybil moved from Des Moines to Eureka Springs after the COVID pandemic made working from home a more common practice. Northark’s Esports team uses state-of-the-art gaming facilities equipped with top-of-the-line hardware and software, allowing players to engage in high-quality gaming experiences. According to coach Logan Amos, the team is a mixture of long-time gamers as well as newcomers. They play in the National Junior College Athletics Association ESports (NJCAAE), at Tier 3. more
The 37th Annual "Senior Olympics" was held on Friday, May 3., at the F.S. Garrison Stadium and the Cash Indoor Center in Harrison. Over 190 Athletes competed in the events. There were 11 Athletes at the Senior Games that were over 90 years old, with the oldest being 97. more

BERRYVILLE — The Friends of the Berryville Library have begun selling tickets for their upcoming raffle to raise funds for the new library. The “Make It a Summer of Adventure” raffle is being presented this year by Tonya Williams Agency, Shelter Insurance and features a chance to win $1,000 cash, and eight other great prizes to help spark a variety of local adventures for those young or old. more

Greg and Johanna Davis and their children came down from Kansas City to visit with their grandparents Boyce and Lee Hankins last week.  Boyce and Lee always enjoy having their grandchildren to visit. more
Last night was a short night of no sleep. I had took some pain pills for my back that has been bothering me. So I fell asleep and then my phone went off to take cover cause there was a tornado around Osage and Carrolton and was heading northeast this was around 11:00 pm and was I tired today. more

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center Auxiliary, in conjunction with the NARMC Community Relations Department, recently hosted a significant gathering — the Arkansas Hospital Auxiliary Association Northwest District Meeting, at Signature Bank Community Room in Harrison. The event served as a gathering of seven hospitals' auxiliaries from Northwest Arkansas. more
