Thank goodness Spring is finally here! The redbuds are out, daffodils are blooming and spring break is underway. The Chamber has been very busy this month with several events and here are some of the high points:

FAYETTEVILLE — The Arkansas Department of Higher Education awarded $750,000 to the University of Arkansas to help increase the number of data science certificates and degrees throughout the state. Karl Schubert, the managing director of the U of A Data Science Program, will be the principal investigator on a new program called HIRED.

FAYETTEVILLE — The University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business is expanding its Master of Science in Supply Chain Management program to the Dallas metropolitan area in fall 2025. This expansion will offer working professionals access to a top-tier program in one of the nation’s key business hubs.

It is never too late to complete one’s dream.

Dr. Nasir Siddiki's son Mathew has moved to Arkansas. He is hoping to gain licenses for Ordination through one of the churches in Branson.

I was digging up my garden last week before planting a few things.

Taco Tuesday, I had a busy weekend with Thursday getting groceries and was at the church on the hill when 3 little does came out from back of church and went across the road lucky no big truck came along. If you are in Berryville be on the look out for deer and then on Friday night I went and played Bingo in Branson, Mo. and my son came down and drove me back and then Sat. night I went and played Bingo in Oak Grove School House and I won a over the sink strainer. I really enjoyed going and playing close to home and good Bingo and friends get together.

At Explore Harrison monthly meeting presentation, on Thursday, March 28, Joe DeVito was honored by State Representative Ron McNair (District 5). McNair presented a letter honoring DeVito's recent induction into the Arkansas Tourism Hall of Fame.
