TO: ALLEGED NATURAL FATHER, "AUSTIN JOHNSON", ALL UNKNOWN FATHERS, AND ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition for Adoption has been filed on March 14,
2024, by Taylor and Travis Bernot, praying for a Termination of Parental Rights and Decree of Adoption regarding the minor child, W.C.W. YOB: 2024 and natural mother, Jacie Warren. The Court may find that the alleged natural father, Austin Johnson, and all other potential fathers, known or unknown, have abandoned or neglected the minor child after having knowledge of the child's birth; the alleged natural father, Austin Johnson, and all unknown fathers is unfit as a parent; the alleged natural father, Austin Johnson, and all unknown fathers, have made no reasonable efforts to support or communicate with the child after having knowledge of the child's birth; the alleged natural father, Austin Johnson, and all unknown fathers, after having knowledge of the pregnancy, failed without reasonable cause to provide support for the mother during the six months prior to the child's birth; the alleged natural father, Austin Johnson, and all unknown fathers, abandoned the mother after having knowledge of the pregnancy and the parental rights of the alleged natural father, Austin Johnson, and all unknown fathers, should be terminated and an adoption should be granted. You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before August 8th at 9:00 a.m. on such day, in such Court, in the City of Girard, Crawford County, Kansas, at which time and place such case will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said Petition, entering an
Order permanently terminating the parental rights of alleged natural father, Austin Johnson, and all unknown fathers and entering a decree of adoption regarding the minor child.
