Notice is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Boone County, Arkansas, to confirm the tax sale and quiet title in and to the following described property in Boone County, Arkansas: A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Four (4), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Twenty (20) West,
Boone County, Arkansas, described as commencing at the Northeast corner thereof; thence West 660.00 feet; thence S 0 17'56" E, 88.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 89 42'04" W, 180.00 feet; thence S 0 17'56" E, 88.00 feet; thence N 89 42'04" E, 180.00 feet; thence N 0 17'56" W, 88.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; said described tract containing 0.36 Acres, more or less. Parcel 825-13910-000
The property described herein was conveyed to Leal Asset Group, LLC, via Limited Warranty Deed, and/or Correction Warranty Deed, if any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands, after the property remained unredeemed and the time period for redemption having expired. The last person, firm or corporation assessed to pay taxes on the above-described real property were: Elmo A. Knoch, Estate of Elmo A. Knoch,
Florence E. Knoch, Estate of Florence E. Knoch, Kevin Daniel Knoch, Kelly Alison Knoch,
Helen Cecele Stuart, and Occupant of 722 N Pine, Harrison, AR 72601. All persons, firms,
corporations, or improvement districts that can establish any right to the real property conveyed and forfeited are hereby notified to appear herein, asserting his/her/its title or interest in said property and to show cause why the tax sales of the real property should not be confirmed, and title quieted in the name of Plaintiff, in fee simple.
