KLIFE fireworks

KLIFE is hosting a fireworks fundraiser beginning June 28 through July 4 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and open until midnight on Thursday, July 4. This is also a great time to stop by and make a donation, for KLIFE. All major credit cards will be accepted for payment of fireworks, or donations. Glory Fest Revival

The second annual Glory Fest Revival will be July 5-10. Friday and Saturday services begin at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 113 N. Sycamore. Monday-Wednesday services will be at 7 p.m. and Sunday night-Wednesday night will be held at 1219 Maplewood Road. Evangelist Josh Radford will be speaking Friday-Sunday morning. Evangelists Joshua Williams, Eugene Saul and Alice Sanders will be speaking Sunday night-Wednesday. 

VBS

First Lutheran will host VBS at 515 Locust from July 8-12 with super each evening at 5:30 p.m. VBS starts at 6 p.m. Call Teresa at (870) 280-9953 for information.

Harrison Women’s Connection

The July Luncheon for the Harrison Women's Connection will be held Tuesday, July 9, from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church, 707 W. Central Ave.

Landon Villines Homecoming

Landon Villines will host his sixth annual homecoming at the North Arkansas College Gymnasium on Friday, July 12. Doors will open at 5 p.m. The pre-service will begin at 6 p.m. with local singing guests Arlis and Dixie Burks and The Ragsdale Family. The main service will begin at 6:30 p.m. with The Villines Family singing along with the nationally-acclaimed and award-winning family group The Dunaways. Pastor Tommy Bates of Independence, Kentucky will also be singing and speaking. Free entrance. A love-offering will be received. North Arkansas College is located at 1515 Pioneer Drive in Harrison. VBS at Lurton Assembly

LURTON — Ashley Clifford, VBS coordinator, has announced the dates for Vacation Bible School at Lurton Assembly. The Sessions begin on Sunday evening July 14, going through Thursday July 18. Starting time is 6 each evening. The theme this year is “ROAR”  “Life is Wild, God is Good.” Pre-registration is available online at the Lurton Assembly facebook page, ages 4-12. Day Camp July 15-19

There is still room, but register quickly! All kids 7-12 years of age are invited to Day Camp at Harrison First Assembly of God. This is the sixth year and it is bigger and better. A 40-ft. Water slide, two zip lines, super sized inflatables, water games and crazy camp games. Additional activities include choir, drama and crafts each day. Breakfast and lunch will be served each day. Kids can be dropped off between 7:45 and 8 a.m. and picked up at 4:30 each day. Day Camp family night is set for Friday, July 19. Come by the church or call (870) 741-5538.
