Carol Moore, 74, of England, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, Feb. 13 (2020).
The daughter of Sylvan and Mildred Pierce Jenkins was born Sept. 4, 1945, at San Diego, California. Carol leaves three daughters, grandchildren, and numerous family and friends.
