Cathy Starnes, of Harrison, passed from this life on Thursday, June 13 (2019) at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. She was 67 years old.
The daughter of Albert and Shelma (Wood) Ferrin was born on Feb. 1, 1952, in Buffalo, New York.
Cathy was a member of Woodland Heights Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, dot to dot books and coloring books.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Dewey Starnes, of Oak Grove; three sons, Wayne Rollins, of Collinsville, Illinois, Dewayne Rollins, of Berryville, and Thomas Starnes, of Maple; one daughter and her husband, Tammie and Don Burns, of Collinsville, Illinois; two brothers, Albert Wood, of Stauton, Illinois, and David Wood and wife Liz, of Riverside, California; two sisters, Reia Kanita, of Arizona, and Shelma “Pat” Gardener, of Mountain Home; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
