The Harrison City Council will soon be receiving a draft of the proposed general operating budget for the city's 2023 fiscal year. According to Luke Feighert, the city's chief financial officer, employees can expect a 10.7% raise in pay next year due to the inflation produced Cost of Living Adjustment along with a hold over from last year.
