At the Harrison City Council committees meeting held Thursday, March 9, at City Hall, Mayor Jerry Jackson and Director of Public Works Wade Phillips made statements about a recent revelation about an annexed area of the city. The land was previously believed to be outside city limits. The 1999 annexation on the southeast corner of town will affect two business entities. The city is gathering information to enforce existing zoning and building regulations.
