Lenten Lunches each Wednesday

First Presbyterian Church is hosting the annual community Lenten Lunches through April 5, each Wednesday beginning at 12:05 with the promise of being back to work by 1 p.m. The March 29 speaker will be Joanne Flowers. The short mid-day prayer service will include a free soup lunch to follow. The location is 915 S. Maple Street. Call 741-2464 for more information.

Spring revival

Harrison Bible Missionary Church will host a spring revival with evangelist Joseph Haley through Sunday, March 26. The church is located at 802 E. Prospect. Pastor Matthey Haley said services Monday-Saturday will be 7 p.m. and Sunday services are 10:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. Call 741-8554.

Siddiki to speak

Dr. Nasir Siddiki of Wisdom Ministries will minister at Restoration Life Fellowship Church on Sunday March 26 at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday at 7 p.m. March 27-28. Call 741-1204 for additional information. Restoration Life Fellowship is located at 8113 Hwy 392 West. 

Gospel music

DEER —  Bruce Wilburn will be bringing “A Touch of Gospel'' at Deer Baptist Church at 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 26. Everyone is invited for a night of gospel music.

Revival set

VENDOR —  Big Creek Assembly of God will host a revival with speaker Sam Austin, Atkins, March 26-29. Sunday services will be 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday services will be 7 p.m. The church is located on Hwy. 374. Call 870-434-5517 for more information.

Celebration Sunday

Open Door Baptist Church will host Celebration Sunday at 11 a.m. on April 2, to honor Pastor Howard and Donna Braymer’s 40-year ministry at the church. Special guest speaker will be Jim Goodman. The church is located at 606 Cottonwood Road. Call 741-8755 for more information.

Greater Vision to sing

Miracle Lighthouse Church will host Greater Vision, Morristown, Tenn. at 6 p.m. Sunday, April 2. The concert is free, a love offering will be received. The church is located at 1114 Ridgeway Loup, just north of Harrison. Visit greatervisionmusic.com to learn more about the group.

Easter at Bear Creek

Bear Creek Springs Baptist Church will host an early worship service at 8 a.m. with breakfast to follow. An egg hunt at 9:45 a.m.
