LITTLE ROCK — Associated General Contractors Arkansas (AGCAR) has been recognized as National Chapter of the Year by Associated General Contractors of America. This is the second consecutive win for AGCAR. With back-to-back wins in 2023 and 2024, Arkansas sets a historic 106-year-old record by being the first and only state to win the National Chapter of the Year Award two years in a row in the small chapter division.
