Barbara Mitchell attended school in Huntsville and graduated from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville — much to her dismay as she "she bleeds Goblin Blue and Gold and Pioneer Red." Mitchell loves living in Harrison with her husband, Jerry, and her daughter Anne. Along with Anne, she has one son, a daughter in law and two "perfect grandgirls" who live in Illinois. She is retired from the US Department of Agriculture.
