The Buffalo River Watershed Alliance (BRWA) has announced a complaint has been filed with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas against the U.S. Forest Service (USFS). The complaint is challenging a finding of No Significant Impact and the related Environmental Assessment approving the Robert's Gap Project located within the Ozark-St. Francis National Forests and within the headwaters of the Buffalo River watershed.
