LITTLE ROCK — Jonathan D. Ross, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, announced this week that a former Bryant High School teacher has pleaded guilty to transporting a minor across state lines for the purpose of unlawful sexual activity. Heather Hare, 33, of Conway, entered this guilty plea before United States District Judge Lee P. Rudofsky.
