We really need to do something about our national debt. No, I’m not talking about the nearly $35 trillion dollars Congress has borrowed over the years. I am discussing a more important debt. A debt born in blood, sweat and sacrifice. The saying “Freedom Isn’t Free” rings so true and the people who paid this steep price are called veterans. We owe them a massive debt that can never be repaid, but we can try to do a better job taking care of them.
