The Harrison City Council will consider passing a resolution endorsing a local sales tax refund to the United Parcel Service (UPS) facility on Industrial Park Road when it meets in regular monthly session on Thursday night, Jan. 26. The resolution was included on the agenda at last Thursday night's committee meetings.
