The Harrison City Council met Thursday night, Feb. 23, and gave final approval for the Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce contract of 2023. The council also gave final approval of budget amendments regarding retirement plans for fire and police personnel, as well as the second readings of proposed ordinances, including those for the city’s master trail plan and the vacating of a residential right-of-way.
