The first thing Brittney Reinhardt learned to cook was eggs. "My mother taught me when I was young so I could fix myself eggs every morning before school," she shared. Reinhardt's first job, at Neighbors Mill as a baker, showed her how to really follow a recipe. "Mike gave me the job opportunity to really learn how to bake and be creative. Such a wonderful place to buy bread and sweets etc.," said Reinhardt, expressing gratitude for the restaurant's owner, Mike Nabors.
