LITTLE ROCK — At 12:42 p.m., on Sunday July 7, patrol officers with the 12th Street Division of the Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) were dispatched to Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) and made aware of a child abuse report from the Jacksonville Police Department (JPD) involving a married couple — 29 year-old Justin Rollins and 27 year-old Deja Rollins.
