FLIPPIN — Flippin Police Chief Jon Spence shared this week that on Wednesday, Sept. 25, at the 58th Arkansas Chief of Police Association Training Conference held in Hot Springs, the Flippin Police Department received certification and Tier 2 Accreditation as a Law Enforcement Agency by the Arkansas Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ALEAP).
