Several counties in the state reported damages to their infrastructure, road closures, and evacuations after storms swept through early Wednesday morning. The Arkansas Department of Public Safety (ADS) reported Baxter, Cleburne, Conway, Faulkner, Lawrence, Marion, Searcy, and Stone counties were among those affected. Many citizens in affected areas found themselves displaced but aid was quickly in place to help them.
