The Harrison City Council met Thursday night, March 23, and gave final approval for the leasing contract for a new fleet of police, code enforcement and park vehicles. According to financial projections by Luke Feighert, the city’s chief financial officer, the lease agreement will “break even” with projected costs over the next eight to 10 years if the city had elected to continue purchasing and maintaining vehicles for those departments.
