LITTLE ROCK — Larry Rhein, a professional truck driver for FedEx, won first place in the flatbed division at the 2024 Arkansas Truck Driving Championship competition held June 28-29 at the Rogers Convention Center. The event is hosted by the Arkansas Trucking Association.
