The daughter of Gene and Mary (Howard) Kent was born on July 20, 1964 at Rockford, Illinois.

Kelley had been a nurse for many many years before completing her RN credentials and finding her heart and calling for Hospice patients. She worked for Legacy Hospice of North Arkansas. She loved her huge family and especially cherished every minute with her grandkids. She enjoyed fishing, camping, laughing, and loving life. She loved her "boys" — the Dallas Cowboys. She loved music, singing and praising the Lord. From the moment her cancer was diagnosed, Kelley maintained "God's Got This" and she demonstrated an unwavering faith that God’s will would be done and any way God moved she would be okay.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Kent; stepfather, Robert Marden; birth mother, Elaine Rubert; grandparents, Nina and Herbert Kent and Lora and G.S. Cooper; and her birth brothers, Bob Ulrich and Mike Rubert.

Survivors include her mother, Mary Marden; one son, Dustin Raby (Lindsay Johnson); two daughters, Cassie Hoppis (Buddy Freeman) and Lora Raby (Nathan Brown) and their father, Jackie Raby; brothers, Clark Marden (Wendy Marden), Wes Marden and Mark Rubert (Gloria Chavera); sisters, Tracy Landrum (Alan Landrum), Lanita Linch (Bob Linch) and Michelle Rubert; grandchildren, Kayana, Tessa, Broc, Nicolas, Kyra, Aiden, Quinton, and Lexi. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers an account named "For Kelley" has been set up at Anstaff Bank to help with final expenses.
