Phillip Moon has filed for State District Court Judge for District 4 covering Boone, Newton, and Searcy Counties in North Central Arkansas. The State District Court presides over misdemeanor criminal offenses, traffic offenses, violations, certain civil cases, and can preside over domestic relation cases involving orders of protection.
