LITTLE ROCK — On Monday, Sept. 9, Arkansas State Police (ASP) arrested Maynor Yair Sorto-Herrera, 30, in connection with a fatality wreck that killed a Little Rock woman the previous morning near 10800 Arch Street. Herrera is a native of Honduras who had been illegally residing in Alexander.
