Rodney Beaver, executive director of the Recovery Center of the Ozarks (RCOzarks), spoke before the Harrison City Council at the regular meeting of the council on Thursday, Feb. 23, preceding Mayor Jerry Jackson’s signing of approval for RCOzarks’ application for Arkansas Opioid Recovery Partnership (ARORP) funding. Beaver made mention of a recent meeting that took place between the RCOzarks board, Mayor Jackson and Kirk Lane, the director of ARORP. The purpose of the meeting was to inform and answer all the questions that the mayor and city council members might have about ARORP and RCOzarks recovery center.
