Corporal Mark Morton of the Arkansas State Police will retire at the end of June. The corporal is a well-respected and will be missed by his co-workers. Natalie — a dispatcher who works with Morton, expressed her admiration for him, "Mark has been a great trooper. He's got a drive that nobody has and we're definitely going to miss him."
