Posted

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) extends a warm invitation to the community to join them for an exclusive "Sneak Peek" event at Med Plaza from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7. During this special occasion, you'll have the chance to explore the facility, meet their dedicated Medical Team, enjoy a live remote broadcast with ESPN Arkansas 104.3, and savor complimentary burgers and hot dogs, courtesy of Arvest Bank, for the first 200 guests.

This project, which commenced over five years ago, played a crucial role as a COVID testing clinic for two years during the pandemic. NARMC collaborated with CoxHealth to renovate this building, and they take immense pride in announcing their official opening on Friday, Sept. 8.

Within the Med Plaza, you will discover five NARMC clinics, in addition to the CoxHealth Harrison Clinic:

1. Pediatrics Clinic with Ting Li, MD, and Donielle Swanson, APRN (Opens Sept. 8)

2. theMed Urgent Care Clinic (expanding to two locations - North and South) with Dr. Jennifer Sadler, MD, Kellie Manes, APRN, Jennifer Martin, APRN, and Jenny Harmon, APRN (Opens Sept. 11)

3. General and Specialty Surgery Clinic with Jim Langston, MD, Andrew Coble, MD, and Eric Graham, MD (Opens Sept. 13)

4. Primary and Obstetrical Care Clinic with Ross Halsted, MD, Robert Foy, DO, Taesha Winford, APRN, and Bailey Savage, APRN (Opens Sept. 18)

5. Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Clinic with Jon Blake, DO (Opens Sept. 25)

They are excited to announce that the Harrison Chamber of Commerce Red Ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 5. During this event, the NARMC EMS Honor Guard will proudly raise the 30' x 60' flag generously donated by the Brandt family.

NARMC expresses their deep gratitude to the Brandt family for their generous donation of the American flag. This flag holds a special place in the hearts of our community, having been an iconic symbol for First Federal Bank. They are honored to revive this tradition as well as showcase the remarkable photography talents of their former NARMC staff member, Justin Smith. Justin's stunning 3' x 4' canvases throughout the plaza beautifully capture the local landscape and wildlife.

Sammie Cribbs, CEO and President, states, “Today marks a significant milestone for our community, and we take immense pride in this remarkable facility, which exemplifies North Arkansas Regional Medical Center's unwavering commitment to our community and our pledge of Bringing Better to You."
