Greetings from Capps. By this point, everyone should be fully acclimated to the time change, not! How about a national vote on either permanent standard or daylight savings time? One survey I saw said more folks favored standard time and I'm in that camp. My farm animals don't know the difference, the rooster still crows one hour before sun up. It will take Congressional action (can you say, "herding cats" to get it done. Anyway, Capps Batavia Fire responded to a brush fire Sunday evening near Grubb Springs Baptist Church. We've just picked up a few new volunteers in the last couple months. It's "Breakthrough Sunday" at Restoration Life Fellowship in Batavia so come and check it out. Our friend, Sue Casey, of Capps, had a heart attack while at the hospital having a test done. Please keep her in your prayers. Before we know it, Spring will REALLY be here but in the meantime, keep any tender plants covered on those cold nights. Blessings, Doug
