Greetings from Capps. I trust that everyone had a meaningful Thanksgiving without too many side affects. Ours was quiet with a few friends and way too much food but we survived nonetheless. The Capps Batavia Fire Department as well as several other departments participated in the Christmas parade last week. Capps Full Gospel Church won first place with their Glory of Angels float, kudos to them for helping put Capps on the map. Restoration Life Fellowship in Batavia is letting us use their facility for our fire department Christmas party this weekend, thanks to them for doing that again this year. On a personal note, I'm down to finals for my EMT training so say a prayer for me that I will do well. I've studied and done as well as I can so hopefully by the end of next week I'll be a full fledged EMT. Blessings, Doug
