Greetings from Capps. It's hard to believe it's only a few more weeks until Christmas. Where has the year gone? The Christmas party for Capps Batavia Fire Department went well last Saturday night. Two of our officers smoked pulled pork and ribs for the event and we awarded our top firefighters, including our firefighter of the year, Patrick Young, from the Batavia station. We responded to a 2 car rollover wreck on Highway 65 on Monday night. A few people went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The Capps Full Gospel Church Christmas program will be Dec. 10 and 17 and at 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. services. Morning services only on Christmas Eve day. Our new neighbors still have several adorable Australian Shepherd puppies left that need homes. Feel free to contact me if you know someone who is interested. Blessings, Doug
