Arvest Bank has hired Spree Ragland as a marketing specialist for the bank’s North Arkansas region, which covers Boone, Marion, Baxter and Craighead counties. Ragland will handle marketing duties that include sponsorships, community involvement and more. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a multimedia master’s degree from Arkansas Tech University.
