Carroll County Sheriff Daniel Klatt has confirmed that a fatality was discovered on Wednesday following a structure fire. At approximately 10:21 PM, Carroll County Dispatch received a call of a residential structure fire in the area of CR 140. Deputies, Fire, and EMS personnel were immediately dispatched to the scene.
