At the Rotary Club luncheon on Thursday, Dec. 14, Bryan Properties representatives delivered a presentation on the ongoing construction of Rock Springs Apartments in Harrison. Located in close proximity to Home Depot and FedEx, the apartments are anticipated to reach completion in early 2025. Chief Financial Officer Brad Gebhard and Chief Operating Officer Ericka Peppers provided insights into the company and its project plans.
