ROGERS — A massive fire at a Northwest Arkansas recycling processor this week produced smoke clouds visible from many miles away. At approximately 3:04 p.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 16, Rogers Dispatch Center processed the first 911 call and had units dispatched in a matter of seconds.
