The Boone County Regional Airport Board of Directors met for their monthly meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 17. When the meeting was called to order at noon, little did they know that Airport manager Judy McCutcheon had an email arrive at 12:04 p.m. that would make everyone ecstatic.
