LITTLE ROCK — The Combs family of Missouri and Marnie Oldner, CEO of Stone Bank and Executive Vice President of the Bank’s parent company, Stone Bancshares, Inc. (“SBI”), announced the signing of a definitive agreement in late December whereby the Combs family will acquire SBI and its subsidiary bank in a cash transaction. As this is a transaction between privately owned companies and individuals, other terms were not disclosed.
