The Theatre Company of the Ozarks brought Maine to Arkansas! Well, Almost! The Lyric Theater could not have picked a better time to present “Almost, Maine” on stage. The quirky rom-com by John Cariani is set in the isolated woods of northern Maine in the area of Almost. Citizens of Almost never quite got around to all of the formalities of becoming a town, so it’s just Almost, Maine. Almost is so secluded that residents don’t even speak with the definitive accent associated with the state!
