LITTLE ROCK — Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield invites the community to join them for National Walk at Lunch Day on April 24. “The lunch hour is the perfect time to fit activity into your day,” said Kristen Lippencott, Arkansas Blue Cross manager of Well-being and Health Solution Strategies. “Just a short walk can help your body stretch and rejuvenate. It also breaks up your day and helps clear your mind so you can focus better when you return to work. Plus, you get an energy boost to avoid the 2 p.m. slump we always hear about.”
