Samantha Phillips lives just outside of Harrison with her husband, Mitch, and their two dogs — Sporty and Stephen. Originally from Oklahoma City, Phillips holds an MFA from the Savannah School of Art and Design, in Georgia, and has lived in Northwest Arkansas for 17 years.
