The Harrison City Council repealed the data center moratorium it imposed earlier this year and reversed action taken on a noise ordinance during a specially called meeting Tuesday evening. Both moves were made on the recommendation of city attorney Nancy Cartwright as a precaution against targeted litigation against the city.
