BELLEFONTE — A press conference was held Friday morning at the Boone County Law Enforcement Center to discuss the case of State of Arkansas v. Rocky Dodson. Boone County sheriff Roy Martin and 14th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney David Ethredge informed the assembled that the current case against Dodson is no longer being pursued.
