LITTLE ROCK — A Little Rock man will be charged with First-Degree Murder and Felony Fleeing in the death of a 27-year-old Maumelle man following a wrong-way collision on Interstate 430 near Colonel Glen Road early this morning. Anthony B. Smith, 24, of Little Rock was driving the wrong way and fleeing from law enforcement at speeds exceeding 125 mph.
