The Thursday, Sept. 25, meeting of the Harrison City Council ended with rejection of a resolution. Passage of the resolution would approve the mayor’s signature to a form intended to bring a new doctor to town. After reconsideration of the circumstances surrounding the resolution, a special meeting was called for Wednesday, Oct. 2, where the decision was changed and the resolution was granted approval.
