The annual Hilltop quilt auction to benefit the Hilltop Volunteer Fire Department will be held on Saturday, November 1, beginning at 5 p.m. with a potluck dinner, followed by the auction at 7 p.m. The Ladies Auxiliary have hand quilted several beautiful quilts to offer this year, as well as some machine quilted ones. There are other donated items that will be offered as well. Everyone is invited to come out and support the Hilltop Volunteer Fire Department. more

CONWAY — Arkansas PBS and 60 organizations across the state have partnered for the Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Sweater Drive as a tribute to Fred Rogers and his example of being a caring neighbor. The drive will be held Nov. 3-30. more
